Dr. David Girardi, DO attended Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Biochemistry. He then attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he graduated in the top 15 percent of his class with his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Girardi began his career at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Muhlenberg in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania where he completed an internship and two years of an Osteopathic Emergency Medicine residency, gaining experience handling the pressures associated with caring for critically injured patients in the ER. He later attended an Family Medicine residency at Clarion Hospital, completing his training in summer 2011.
He has worked as a full-time Hospitalist Physician and Emergency Room Physician as well as broadening his scope into the field of intravenous vitamin and nutrient therapy.
Dr. Girardi, an author of several research articles in his field, has had his work published extensively in the Journal of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association.
Dr. Girardi currently resides in DuBois, PA with his wife, Sarah. They have four daughters.
